Why neck, shoulders and back?

Due to our lifestyle in the modern world today from office work and sitting for long hours, writing, doing a repetitive movement, and our screens and work load can create tension in the neck, shoulders and back causing pain. Pain usually leads the body to compensate, which would cause posture issues over time and many times injuries that are better to avoid.

Yoga exercises to stretch and relax the muscles of the neck, shoulders and back lengthening it, will improve the posture and blood circulation and will help in spine alignment.

Yoga exercises if modified to every persons body capacity, can bring a lot of progress in posture, strength and flexibility. And these are the best to avoid injury or build the strength after an injury.

Dates, duration & cost of the workshop:

Relax & strengthen (Neck, shoulders and back): 2 sessions of 90 mins

  • Stretch and relax.
  • Stretch and strengthen.
