Why to Prenatal Yoga?
During pregnancy many changes occur within a woman’s body. The pregnancy hormones and bearing extra weight in a very short period, and the many other annoying sensations like heartburn, lightheadedness, growling sensation in the stomach… This could be of a traumatising effect on the body and causes tiredness and fatigue. Many women also suffer morning sickness mostly during the 1st trimester of their pregnancy. Many witness changes in their breasts, skin, mood, vagina and waste elimination.
Prenatal Yoga classes help you in dealing with your pregnancy, preparing for labour and parenthood and guides you through all stages from early pregnancy to labour, recovery and childcare. These classes will cover breathing techniques, many physical exercises to get you strong and ready and to use during labour, pain management, relaxation methods for emotional balance, meditations to connect with your baby, and many tips and advices to help you throughout pregnancy and labour.
You are advised to start with these classes after completing the 1st trimester of pregnancy, to avoid any risk. After the pregnancy is stable, so it’s safer for the mother and baby.
